Job Summary:
CHE Behavioral is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals. As a leading multispecialty group of licensed professionals, we are committed to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions. Our team of over 600 psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, counselors, and licensed marriage & family therapists provides Behavioral Health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers in a compassionate and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions to older adult patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Provide psychological consultation and education to patients, families, and staff on mental health topics and treatment plans
- Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings to ensure coordination of care
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans
