We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence throughout our organization.

Position Summary

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility, including clinical quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, resident satisfaction, and community relations. The successful candidate will foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the overall operations of the nursing home in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all New York State Department of Health and CMS requirements.
• Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Manage facility budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead, mentor, and support department managers and staff.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve quality outcomes and occupancy.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community organizations.
• Oversee survey readiness and coordinate responses to regulatory inspections.
• Monitor and improve quality measures, risk management, and infection prevention programs.
• Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) required.
• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing home administration experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of New York State and federal long-term care regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in regulatory compliance, survey management, and operational performance.
• Ability to effectively manage budgets, staffing, and facility operations.
