We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at SYNERGY Home Care of Manhattan in Nassau, New York. As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. Responsibilities:- Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Provide personal care to clients as needed
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
- Competitive pay: $19- $22 per hour

- 1+ year of experience as a Home Health Aide
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
