$19.65–$22.00/hour

• Certified NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
• Discreet and professional in all communications
• Updated medicals/vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license a plus
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form
• Must complete Alvita Care onboarding to accept cases

We offer both private-duty one-on-one cases and facility-based care. All applicants complete a phone screening to ensure a good fit for both caregiver and client. Cases are only available to caregivers who complete onboarding.
