Role Overview
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life.
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life. Your responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents through conversation and activities.
Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are also key duties. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
