• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical massage tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern.
• Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend suitable therapies for ongoing health maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to sanitation standards and following occupational health protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and benefit clients.

• Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and other modalities.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to accurately assess patient needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist; CPR certification is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with clients about treatment options and health concerns.
• Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred.
• Excellent patient service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and client communication.
• Knowledge of pain management techniques and experience addressing various musculoskeletal issues is highly desirable.
