• Join our team as a Social Worker in Richmond Hill, Queens, NY, providing comprehensive support and counseling services.
• This full-time position requires flexibility to work either Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat with varying hours between 08:00am and 09:00pm.
• The role involves conducting assessments, providing crisis intervention, and facilitating therapeutic groups.

• Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and mental health evaluations.
• Provide individual, couples, group, and family counseling.
• Screen for mental health and substance use for various age groups.
• Offer crisis intervention and stabilize situations as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with regulations.
• Serve as a liaison to community agencies and organizations.
• Design and facilitate therapeutic groups based on client needs.

• NYS Licensed social worker (LMSW or LMHC required)
• Experience in conducting psychosocial assessments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
• Ability to make appropriate referrals for clients.
• Experience in providing crisis intervention.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
