About the Role:We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LMHC/LMFT/Psyd, Phd) to join our team of compassionate and skilled professionals in Woodmere, New York. As a Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based therapies to patients in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote mental health and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, using evidence-based treatments and interventions
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in staffing meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans and programs
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in mental health treatment
