Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time | Brooklyn, NY

Location:

Interfaith Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Join our team as a Physical Therapist providing high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in an acute care hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver physical therapy services and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients and families on therapy and recovery.
• Follow hospital policies, safety, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• Active New York State Physical Therapist License and Registration.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of recent supervised Physical Therapy experience.
