Key Responsibilities- Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage to ensure smooth operations
- Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support as needed
- Coach caregivers on quality standards, hospitality, and documentation practices
- Review charting to ensure compliance with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Monitor resident health changes and communicate concerns promptly
- Support onboarding and mentor new team members
- Promote safety, compliance, and seamless shift transitions
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
- Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care settings
- Role involves both hands‑on caregiving and frontline leadership, modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service
