Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p

Pay Rate: $23.50 - $25 DOE

Assignment: 3-Month Contract with Potential for Extension

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for an onsite opportunity on East 37th Street, NYC . If you have medical office experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients, we encourage you to apply today!

• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Perform patient check-in and check-out procedures
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Verify patient insurance coverage
• Obtain and process referrals and authorizations
• Update patient demographics and medical records
• Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record system

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 6 months of medical office experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling preferred
• EPIC EHR experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $23.50 to $25.00 per hour
