We are currently hiring Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist (National Certified Phlebotomy Technician) to work in our Bronx-based family medicine practice
- St. Lawrence Community Health Center. Individuals must have a Medical Assistant Certificate/Training Program Completed AND a National Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification to qualify. You will support our Bronx-based family health center where we provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

• Process blood draws, collects specimens and processes lab orders.
• Prepare examination rooms and equipment.
• Obtain vital signs, chief complaints, medical history and accurately records in medical records.
• Completes referrals and discharges patients.
• Assists providers and nurses during all aspects of exams.
• Assist provider with treatments
• Schedules for appointments, verify insurance and demographic information.

Minimum: $23.00/hour ;
Maximum: $23.00/hour ;
Additional $1,500/annum in differential pay.

Onsite in the Bronx, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

• Medical Assistant Certificate/Training School and National Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
• Bilingual English and Arabic is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Computer literacy.
• Training in phlebotomy and patient vitals.
