ResponsibilitiesAssess and develop individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in collaboration with parents and supervisors
Implement ABA Therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to promote skill acquisition and behavior change
Provide Parent Training and support to empower families to become active participants in their child's therapy and development
Maintain accurate and thorough records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure continuity of care and high-quality services
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to confidentiality, boundaries, and customer service
