Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families

• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to licensed nurses

• Maintain patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes

• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting OR clinical training preferred

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

• BLS/CPR

What We Offer

• $16.84
  -18.52/hr or more based on experience. Shift differential applies.
