Inner Most is a psychedelic-therapy center shaping the future of mental health care, bringing clinical services, research trials, therapist training, and community programming together under one roof in the heart of Manhattan. We are growing at a pivotal moment: psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy is moving from the fringes of mental health care into the mainstream, and we are committed to raising the bar for what safe, evidence-based, and truly patient-centered ethical care in this space looks like.

Our therapeutic ethos, Interventional Psychotherapy, uses ketamine, Spravato, and other psychoactive agents to push psychotherapy toward root-cause healing — drawing on the neuroplasticity these agents induce, the psychological material that surfaces during the experience itself, and, with ketamine and Spravato specifically, their immediate antidepressant effects. Together, this allows for a depth and pace of change that talk therapy or medication alone often cannot reach, helping many patients — including those who have been in treatment for years — get meaningfully unstuck within a matter of months, with the right support to carry that progress forward.

As an RN at Inner Most, you are often the clinical presence patients feel most directly — the person who makes them feel safe, held, and well cared for during some of the most vulnerable moments of their treatment. You will support patients before, during, and after psychedelic therapy sessions, working confidently and calmly on a floor that can be high-volume and fast-moving.

This role requires genuine warmth and bedside manner, paired with clinical precision and composure under pressure. You are the kind of nurse who can manage several patients at once with ease, stay organized on the logistics of a busy floor, and problem-solve in real time — all while making each individual patient feel like they have your full attention.

Confident hands with an IV are a baseline expectation here, not a nice-to-have — you will be starting and monitoring lines all day, every day, and doing it reliably even when the floor is moving fast.

• Welcome and prepare patients for treatment, helping them feel calm, safe, and cared for from the moment they arrive
• Reliably and skillfully place IVs and manage IV lines throughout sessions
• Monitor vital signs and patient status before, during, and after treatment, escalating promptly when clinically indicated
• Administer medications per protocol and prescriber orders, and respond calmly and effectively to any adverse events
• Provide clear, compassionate guidance and reassurance to patients throughout the treatment experience
• Bring a heart-centered approach to every patient interaction — warmth and clinical excellence, together

2.Floor Management & Operations

• Manage the flow of a high-volume treatment floor with multiple patients in different stages of care simultaneously
• Work self-sufficiently, staying organized and ahead of logistics — room turnover, supplies, inventory, scheduling — without losing warmth with patients
• Anticipate issues before they become problems and problem-solve independently in the moment
• Coordinate closely with therapists, physicians, and the care coordination team to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care
• Maintain a calm, steady presence on the floor, even when things get busy
