• Provide direct care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
