Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful clinical outcomes
- Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

- Salary range: $87,000 - $110,000
