- Provide compassionate, one-on-one behavioral support to children in their homes.
- Follow individualized behavior plans designed by licensed professionals.
- Teach daily living and social skills through engaging, play-based strategies.
- Collect simple data to track progress (training provided).
- Collaborate with supervisors to refine and improve interventions.
- Bring patience, positivity, and enthusiasm to every session.
- Schedule Monday to Friday– build a work schedule that fits your life (evenings and weekends available).

- If You Have experience working with children (especially those with autism or developmental disabilities – preferred but not required).

- Speak a second language (Spanish or Mandarin is a plus!).
