Physical Therapist Outpatient Sports Rehabilitation

Flex Staff is seeking a Physical Therapist for our client, a physical, occupational and hand therapy provider in the Northeast. A PT Degree and a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York is required.

This is a full-time, direct hire position throughout various locations in Nassau County and Suffolk County, New York.
7AM-3PM / 12PM-8PM rotating shifts throughout Mon-Fri. Weekend Work available if interested.

• -Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• -Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients.
• -Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• -Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• -Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills.
• -Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• -Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

• -Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• -Current License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York
