Compensation & Benefits- Hourly Pay: $45.00 – $52.00 (based on experience/mobile)
- Monthly Bonus:
This position offers monthly incentive pay based on performance metrics. - Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (for full-time positions)
- PTO: 25 days in your first year

The Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants with the examination and treatment of our patients. This role is responsible for providing a variety of technical procedures and applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis for patients, including performing patient x‑rays and reporting results to Medical Providers. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Centers.
In a collaborative manner, the RT will provide support to Medical Providers, Medical Assistants and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. - Responsible for x‑ray services as needed
- Under the clinical direction of the Medical Provider, perform x‑ray services for patients by applying x‑ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups from newborn to elderly.
- Ensure patients are positioned correctly on or in front of equipment and protected during use.
- Will need to push patient in a wheelchair
- Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment; maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control logs for equipment troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and submit repair tickets as needed.

Required
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures preferred
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work

- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software preferred
