As a Corporate Compliance Specialist , you will workwith the Director of Compliance in managing the Company’s disclosure program, including conducting complianceinvestigationsand inquiries.

Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field AND 4 years of experience in compliance in the healthcare industry
- Ability to obtain certification as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) within oneyear of hire
- Ability to travel up to 25% including overnights, local events and meetings
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree business administration, healthcare administration or related field AND 2 years of experience in compliance in the healthcare industry
- Prior experience with compliance tracking systems and navigating EHR systems
Responsibilities:
- Manages incoming disclosure program complaints and inquiries through the Investigationcycle, frominitialreport to closure.
- Conducts internal investigations of compliance issuesin accordance withcompanypolicy with minimal supervision.
- Manages reporting system thatmaintainsa log of compliance inquiries and investigations.
- Ensures identified over payments are returned promptly andmaintainsdocumentationrelated torepayment.
- Assists with the daily operations of the compliance program.
- Assistsin developing periodic reporting on the disclosure program, includingmonthlyand quarterly reports.
- Performs basic data analytics functions.
- Works on special projects enhancing the compliance program at Pinnacle.
- Performs other duties as required.
