Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Clinical Director to lead our Healthcare & Medical Services team providing evidence-based treatment for eating disorders. The Clinical Director oversees multidisciplinary staff, ensures high-quality, compassionate care, and guides individualized treatment planning. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, program development, quality and compliance oversight, and collaboration with medical and psychiatric providers. - Provide clinical leadership and oversight for eating disorder treatment programs
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate multidisciplinary clinical staff
- Ensure delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Oversee clinical documentation, quality assurance, and outcome tracking
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and administrative teams to coordinate care
- Support family involvement, education, and discharge/aftercare planning
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards
- Lead case conferences, trainings, and clinical consultation meetings
- Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Clinical supervision
- Eating disorder treatment (CBT-E/DBT/FBT, etc.)
- Diagnostic assessment and treatment planning
- Risk assessment and crisis intervention
- Multidisciplinary team leadership
- Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Quality assurance and outcomes monitoring
- Regulatory and compliance knowledge (HIPAA, JCAHO/state regs)
- Family systems and group therapy
- Program development and staff training

- CPR and crisis management training (or willingness to obtain)
