Chinese Speaking - Behavioral Technician

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one behavioral support to children in their homes.
• Follow individualized behavior plans designed by licensed professionals.
• Teach daily living and social skills through engaging, play-based strategies.
• Collect simple data to track progress (training provided).
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine and improve interventions.
• Bring patience, positivity, and enthusiasm to every session.
