Helping U Home Care is a locally owned, NYS Licensed Home Care Agency that specializes in providing High-Tech Home Care services to our adult and pediatric patients suffering from either a chronic or terminal illness; most of our patients have home ventilators.
We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help provide nursing shifts to an adult patient that has a ventilator and trach.
We have a few day and night shifts available -
Do you have home care experience? We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and well-rounded Licensed Practical Nurses who can uphold our standards and culture.
Qualifications:- Current and clear NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- Provide Ventilator (vent) and Tracheostomy (trach) care
- Monitor patients and report on their condition as per patient’s Plan of Care
- Flexible schedules
