• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
• Help individuals build independence and life skills
• Support with cooking, cleaning, and daily routines
• Provide hands‑on assistance with mobility and care
• Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
• Complete documentation in line with OPWDD guidelines

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid NYS Driver’s License (preferred)
• Experience is a plus (DSP, HHA, CNA, PCA, caregiving, customer service) —but NOT required
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others
