Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a compassionate Dietitian to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, specializing in evidence-based eating disorder treatment. In this role, you will complete comprehensive nutritional assessments, create and monitor individualized meal plans, and provide nutrition counseling in individual and group settings. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, contribute to treatment planning, track outcomes, and educate clients and families.

- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for clients with eating disorders and related conditions
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized meal plans aligned with treatment goals
- Provide individual and group nutrition counseling using evidence-based approaches
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and other team members on treatment planning
- Monitor client progress, document care, and participate in case reviews
- Educate clients and families on nutrition, medical risks, and recovery-focused eating
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Participate in supervision, trainings, and ongoing professional development
- Support a therapeutic, recovery-focused milieu consistent with program culture

- Current state Dietitian/Nutritionist license (or eligibility)
- Experience in eating disorder or behavioral health settings preferred
- Certification in eating disorders (CEDRD/CEDS) preferred
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtained upon hire
