As a Physical Therapist in our rehabilitation center, you will work onsite, directly interacting with patients in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and resources, allowing for a variety of therapeutic treatments to be administered. We value a strong team approach and emphasize the importance of effective communication among staff to optimize patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients, developing individualized treatment plans that target their unique goals and physical abilities.
  • Guide patients through personalized therapeutic exercises, managing a caseload of one patient per hour to ensure focused attention and care.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective physical therapy interventions that facilitate recovery and enhance patients' mobility.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies that may include referrals to specialists or integration of multidisciplinary approaches.
  • Motivate and educate patients on their treatment journey, ensuring they understand their conditions and the progress being made.
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, utilizing EMR software specifically, WebPT, to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
  • Promote overall wellness through education on strength training, flexibility exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. This includes addressing conditions such as ACL tears, joint replacements, chronic pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. Your role will require a keen understanding of orthopedic pathology and experience with varied treatment modalities.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Active and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Impeccable professional record, with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
  • Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience in implementing evidence-based exercise protocols.
  • Comfortable using electronic medical record systems, specifically WebPT.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient clinic environment.
  • Expertise in developing holistic and client-centered rehabilitation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster strong patient relationships and collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
