Our services include physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, sports performance training, and progressive rehabilitation. We are excited to expand and are seeking a dedicated, skilled Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to join our award-winning team at Pro Clinix Sports Physical Therapy & Chiropractic, named Best of Westchester!

$130,000 – $150,000

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS in Physical Therapy required.
• New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Strong background in sports medicine, orthopedic rehabilitation, and manual therapy techniques.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Lead and oversee clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of physical therapists and clinical staff.
• Provide direct patient care through assessments, evaluations, and personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment plans.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Manage patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of practice-wide policies and procedures.
• Manage patient scheduling and ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to grow the practice.

• Expertise in physical therapy modalities, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both with patients and team members.
• Ability to mentor and motivate clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Knowledge of the latest evidence-based treatment approaches in physical therapy.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and patient management software.
