• Assist licensed physical therapists in the implementation of treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions
• Conduct exercises and interventions as directed by the physical therapist
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in patient education and training to promote self‑care and independence

• Associates degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• Current PTA licensure in the State of New York
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
