In this position, you will perform comprehensive echo cardiographic examinations, acquire and process high-quality images, prepare studies for interpretation, and ensure accurate documentation and archiving while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team of cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and imaging specialists dedicated to clinical excellence and innovation in cardiovascular care.

5141 Broadway (at 220th Street), New York, NY 10034 – Shift: Day (United States of America).

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, rotating Saturdays.

• Completion of at least two years of college coursework
• Minimum of one year of diagnostic ultrasound experience
• Previous experience working as an Ultrasound Technologist within an acute care or hospital environment
• Experience in Cardiac imaging
• Proficiency with GE ultrasound equipment

• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduate of a one year approved ultrasound program
• American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Sonography) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification in appropriate clinical specialty

Salary Range: $57.45 - $68.35/Hourly

All roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
