Personal Touch Home Care is expanding our Special Needs Program and seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the home setting.
This is fee-for-service position,
paid per visit and this is a 1099, contracted position. In order to be considered for this position, you must have a valid and active license in the state of NY
.
- Competitive pay= $75 per visit to $100 per visit

Job Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist with Personal Touch Home Care, you will evaluate patients in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services that promote independence, mobility, and improved daily functioning. You'll work closely with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current, active New York State Occupational Therapist license required.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Experience with pediatric, adult, geriatric, or long-term care populations is a plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Preferred:
Minimum of two (2) years of Occupational Therapy experience.
