Role:
Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, focusing on immunological disorders. Objectives include serving as a scientific expert, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and supporting medical education and research initiatives.

• Responsibilities encompass developing and executing scientific engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies, engaging in high-quality scientific exchanges, identifying educational gaps, supporting investigator-initiated studies, and providing scientific support for clinical inquiries.
• Maintaining current knowledge of therapeutic landscape trends, leveraging digital tools like AI for decision-making, and collaborating across internal functions including R&D, clinical operations, and global medical teams.
• Travel support of up to 70% within the designated territory (NY, New England) is expected.

• A Doctorate (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent), with at least 2 years’ relevant experience as an MSL, demonstrating therapeutic expertise, research skills, and a strong scientific acumen.
• Preferred qualifications include residency/fellowship experience, familiarity with immunology, clinical research, and proficiency with digital tools.
• The position is based in major metropolitan areas of the U.S., including NYC and Boston, with a focus on building scientific credibility and contributing to the development of transformational immunology medicines.
