Field Medical Outcomes Director, Internal Medicine

Field Medical Outcomes professional responsible for informing customer decision-making and improving population health via real-world data analytics, pharmacoeconomic evaluations, and outcomes research.

develop and execute compliant medical strategies within assigned territories, educate healthcare decision-makers on clinical and economic impacts of Pfizer medicines, and foster strategic collaborations to enhance patient outcomes.

• provide objective scientific information on Pfizer products,
• support health information technology initiatives,
• facilitate research projects,
• develop clinical content tailored to payer and healthcare provider needs,
• Engage with organized customers—including payers, specialty pharmacies, and healthcare organizations—to influence formulary decisions, conduct presentations, and gather customer insights to inform medical strategies.

• Bachelor's in health sciences (required), PharmD/PhD preferred;
• 6+ years in clinical, managed care, HEOR, or related fields;
• strong communication, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills;
• experience with health data analytics and HIT is advantageous.

• focus on integrated healthcare delivery, population health management, and non‑interventional studies;
• experience with claims data, EHR systems, and clinical informatics preferred.

interact with internal medical, HEOR, and commercial teams as well as external healthcare stakeholders.

primarily field‑based, with extensive travel (40‑50%), within the New England region, requiring a valid US driver’s license and proximity to major airports.
