About the RoleAs a Clinical Lead Psychologist, you are a peer leader for a dedicated pod of clinicians—trusted for your wisdom, support, and ability to foster a culture of collaboration and clinical distinction. This is an ideal opportunity for seasoned psychologists who want to:

What You’ll DoMaintain an Active Caseload: Continue direct client care to set the standard for the team.
Lead and Mentor: Act as a primary clinical resource for your pod, guiding clinicians through complex cases and reinforcing best clinical practices.
Foster Team Culture: Nurture a psychologically safe, growth-oriented, and highly collaborative environment.
Support Operations: Oversee scheduling, documentation, and operational consistency for your pod, helping clinicians deliver seamless continuity of care.
Drive Onboarding and Growth: Welcome and integrate new clinicians, cultivating ongoing professional development for every team member.
Strategic
Collaboration:
Partner with organizational leadership to refine clinical systems, implement quality initiatives, and build practice-wide consistency.On-Call Coverage: Provide after-hours support as needed to ensure the highest standard of care.
Cross-Country Impact: Support clinicians across Pacific, Central, and Eastern time zones.
Licensed Psychologist in New York (Ph.D., Psy.D., or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience
Leadership Mindset: Demonstrated aptitude for mentorship, supervision, or peer consultation
Clinical Expertise: Commitment to evidence-based practices and strong clinical judgment
Operational Finesse: Comfort navigating evolving systems in a fast-growing environment
Preferred: Prior outpatient or private practice experience
New York (Hybrid): Blend remote and in-person

Active, independent license as a Psychologist in relevant state (e.g., New York; Ph.D., Psy.D., or equivalent required)
Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience
Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience (formal or informal)
Commitment to evidence-based practices and strong clinical judgment
Experience in outpatient, group, or private practice settings (strongly preferred)
Proven ability to foster a collaborative, supportive, growth-oriented team culture
Comfort with evolving systems and workflows in rapidly growing organizations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain timely clinical documentation
Must be able to work in a hybrid (remote/in-person) or telehealth setting as specified
Must reside in either NY or NJ.
