Lighthouse Guild on the Upper West Side of New York seeks a Vision Rehabilitation Therapist (VRT) to assess and instruct individuals who are blind or visually impaired in adaptive living skills. This role involves community-based work, often in participants' homes, with travel across NYC.
You will write assessments and progress notes, collaborate with rehab professionals, and provide supervision to interns. A master’s or NYSCB credential is preferred, with knowledge of Grade II Braille.
