Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time
Waterview Rehab and Nursing Center
Queens, NY
$40–$47/hour
- Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on mobility, balance, strength, pain management, and functional independence
- Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Supportive rehab environment with collaborative leadership
- Diverse patient population in a skilled nursing setting
- Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships and track meaningful progress
