United Health Group is seeking an Insurance Investigator to support patients with insurance benefits, cost of service and financial assistance. You will liaise with medical staff, patient financial services, and insurers to ensure seamless care and accurate coverage information.
The role requires 1+ year experience in insurance verification and healthcare/finance, with on-site work in Cooperstown, NY. Standard hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am–5pm, with potential overtime as needed.
