This program is curated by Bridge Aspire for international graduates to gain high-level US management experience under the J-1 Cultural Exchange Visa. You will train within a historic organization (founded in 1921), rotating through diverse Front of House operations including fine dining, large-scale banquets, and private member events.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Rotational Training: Gain exposure to diverse service environments, including à la carte dining, weddings, galas, and member tournaments.
- Guest Experience: Master the art of "member relations"—learning to build long-term rapport with exclusive clientele and manage personalized service standards.
- Operational Management: Train in table management logic, reservation systems, and the logistics of executing high-volume luxury events.
- Systems Proficiency: Gain proficiency in US Point of Sale (POS) systems for order entry, coursing, and check settlement.

College,
Less than 1 Year
work experience Qualifications:
- J-1 Visa Eligibility: You must be a current student OR a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) of a post-secondary hospitality institution outside the United States.
- Language: Must have Advanced/Fluent English (C1 level) as you will interact directly with club members daily.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to learn American service etiquette.
- Commitment: Must be willing to relocate to New York for the full 12-month duration.
- Service orientation and a guest-first mindset.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage terminology.
- Time management and prioritization.
- Understanding of fine dining or luxury standards.

- Salary: $16.00 per hour (Guaranteed 32-40 hours/week).
