Overnight Event Concierge

Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for a full time Overnight Event Concierge position at Union Square Events in New York, NY.

NYMM F&B - 1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036. Full time schedule:
Monday through Sunday, 8:00 pm – 7:00 am. Schedule may vary based on business needs.

$32.00 to $35.00 per hour.

• Previous houseman and/or supervisor experience preferred.

Uniform jacket supplied. Shift meal available. Internal employee referral bonus available.

• Conduct thorough inspections of all banquet spaces before each event to confirm proper setup as per BEO specifications.
• Ensure tables, chairs, staging, audiovisual equipment, and other event elements are arranged correctly.
• Coordinate with the Banquet Set-Up team to make real‑time adjustments as necessary.
• Work closely with the Banquet Manager and Operations team to address any discrepancies in room sets.
• Act as a point of contact for any last‑minute changes, ensuring immediate resolution.
