Director of Dining Services – Registered Dietitian

Job Summary
As Director of Dining Services, you oversee day‑to‑day food service operations, manage a team, and maintain client relationships, profitability, and talent development.

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account
• Maintain excellent relationships with the client
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, top‑quality food for students
• Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
• Act as liaison between the company, client, and community

• BS in Hospitality or related degree preferred
• Three to five years of food service management experience required
• Dining experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
