The Guest Experience Manager will oversee the guest experience on a day-to-day basis. This may include, but is not limited to, interaction with guests throughout the lobby, responding to guests needs, ensuring satisfaction of all guests stay, assisting with basic New York and hotel information.

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in the service industry
Ability to work a flexible schedule
