About the Role

The Goodkind Group is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager, Opera experience a ++

Schedule

We are seeking someone with a flexible schedule who can do a combination of 3:00pm – 11:00pm and 11:00pm – 8:00am. OR someone that can do 11:00pm – 8:00am, 5 days a week. Opera experience ++

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Front Office team, including Guest Service Agents, Bell Staff, Concierge, PBX, In-Room Dining, and Doorman
  • Supervise and support front office agents during PM and overnight shifts
  • Run night audit and perform basic credit checks
  • Respond to guest concerns, resolve service issues, and identify service trends
  • Conduct stand-up meetings and assist with pre-arrival planning to ensure efficient guest service
  • Coordinate front office operations in a union environment (no guest check-in or check-out required)
Qualifications
  • Prior hotel front desk and front office management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of basic front office duties and night audit procedures
  • Comfortable supervising multiple departments and working PM and overnight shifts
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Experience working in a union hotel environment is a plus
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a union hotel environment
Pay range and compensation package

Pay Rate: $33 per hour
