The New York Hilton Midtown is looking for a substitute Lounge Attendant to join our Hilton Grand Vacations team!

It’s all about location in NYC, and the hotel places you in the heart of the action. With over 1,800 rooms, the property is within walking distance of Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, MoMA, and Broadway.

We need a candidate with prior customer‑service experience at a similarly sized property and full availability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

As a Lounge Attendant, you will prepare and replenish food and beverage service in the Executive Lounge to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete opening and closing side work – stocking chinaware, silverware, tableware, tending to the coffee machine or grinder, retrieving food and beverages from the kitchen, and delivering them to the Executive Lounge.
• Retrieve and store chinaware, silverware, and tableware.
• Restock, clean, and prepare the kitchen.
• Organize and display breakfast items and move chairs and tables as needed.
• Display the bar according to established standards, including retrieving ice, cutting condiments, and setting bottles.
• Monitor inventory and ensure quality condition of all chinaware, tableware, and silverware.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
