Bewerber sollten die allgemeine Hochschulreife oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung mitbringen. Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss liegt die Übernahmequote bei 70-80%. Neben der praktischen Ausbildung werden Studiengebühren, Reisekosten und ein Taschengeld geboten.
