Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in New York, NY for a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and food quality across venues. Responsibilities include managing food service and beverage programs, leading and training staff, monitoring inventory, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaboration with various teams to maintain a welcoming guest environment and a productive work culture is essential.
Qualifications- Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven expertise in Training and supervising team members effectively
- Proficiency in Budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
- Previous hospitality management experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
