🔥 FLOOR / F&B MANAGER Luxury Boutique Hotels | Midtown ManhattanWe are seeking strong, service-driven Floor / F&B Managers to join a growing hospitality group overseeing multiple boutique hotel properties in Midtown Manhattan, including an already-open hotel and an exciting new hotel opening in Spring/Summer 2026

We’re looking for hands-on, guest-focused leaders who love being on the floor and thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments.
The ideal candidate:
- Is a natural leader with a strong service mindset
- Has solid experience in hotel, restaurant, or high-volume F&B operations
- Is comfortable managing mixed shifts and varied schedules
- Leads with warmth, confidence, and attention to detail
- Has full availability
, including mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays - Is flexible, reliable, and eager to grow with a young, ambitious organization
- Full availability required
- Mixed shifts (mornings + late nights)
- Typically 5 days per week / ~50 hours
- Schedule will vary based on operational needs
- Lead floor and F&B service with strong presence and professionalism
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and consistent service standards
- Support, train, and motivate FOH teams
- Collaborate closely with culinary and hotel leadership
- Assist with training, systems, and operational execution
- Support opening preparations for a new hotel property
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Some flexibility for the right candidate
- Quarterly Bonus Program
