Colwen Hotels - Up to $18.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout, and post-departure;
Provide exceptional guest service and warmly welcome all guests;
Process guest check-in and billing, including payments;
Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness and communicate guest requests;
Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and local area offerings
