Guided by Forbes 5-Star standards , our attendants provide meticulous service, exceptional attention to detail, and warm, intuitive hospitality that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Clean all assigned guestrooms to the highest standard, with attention to detail and efficiency
- Provide warm, discreet, and anticipatory service that reflects Forbes 5-Star hospitality
- Respect guests’ privacy and handle belongings with care and professionalism
- Offer genuine greetings and closing remarks when interacting with guests or colleagues
- Take ownership in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Follow hotel cleaning procedures for stayover and departure rooms, including:
- Dusting and vacuuming
- Bed making and linen replacement
- Sanitizing bathrooms and high-touch areas
- Replenishing guestroom supplies
- Window and furniture cleaning
- Accurately record and update room status in a timely manner
- Promptly report any maintenance concerns in guest rooms and public spaces
- Support the Housekeeping leadership team by communicating guest requests or special needs
- Participate in periodic deep cleaning projects
- Properly return and tag lost and found items
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols as well as company policies
- Perform other duties as required, while consistently upholding luxury service standards
- A warm and caring personality with a service-oriented mindset
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
- Ability to deliver polished, discreet, and professional service in every interaction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Calm, courteous, and composed under pressure
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Constant walking and standing
- Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and kneeling
- Occasional stair climbing, pushing, and pulling
