Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Relations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:- Team Leadership:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front desk team.
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Guest Services:
- Ensure efficient and timely guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Manage room assignments and room blocks.
- Operations:
- Monitor and control room inventory and rates.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Analyze daily reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new initiatives.
- Financial Management:
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
