Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Relations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
    • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front desk team.
    • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service.
    • Create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Guest Services:
    • Ensure efficient and timely guest check-in and check-out processes.
    • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations.
    • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
    • Manage room assignments and room blocks.
  • Operations:
    • Monitor and control room inventory and rates.
    • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Analyze daily reports and identify areas for improvement.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of new initiatives.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions.
    • Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
