Your Role at Andaz Amsterdam
As a member of our Front Office team, you will be the face of the hotel, setting the tone for every guest’s stay. You’ll be:

• Delivering unforgettable first impressions , ensuring every guest is greeted with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs , handling inquiries, and offering tailored recommendations to elevate each guest’s experience.
• Acting as a true “host” , ready to assist with everything from luggage to concierge services, all with a smile and positive energy.
• Resolving guest concerns with empathy , ensuring all challenges are met with thoughtful solutions, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
